Our base professional skills in accountancy and as an MBA graduate have been developed over time through application to a wide range of projects, programmes and initiatives
We can scope, initiate, plan and implement change -working with individuals at all levels of your organisation in groups or on a one-to-one basis
We can provide Board level reporting and knowledge building. We can work hand in hand with individuals in your front line and we can work anywhere in between
Our Philosophy
We understand that all organisations are different.
We understand that there are different pressures acting on commercial and public sector organisations.
While the first is balancing profitability and financial strength with generating positive nature and climate impacts. The second has to balance delivering required services – often through third parties – with understanding it’s impact on climate and nature, identifying harms and opportunities to make a positive contribution.
So, we also understand that the analysis and support we offer needs to be bespoke – taking into account strategy, objectives and the frameworks within which each organisation functions
